The album Apologies, which I present has been composed by me in its entirety. It is recorded, mixed and mastered by expert engineers and available in all possible formats for immediate editing.
My work consists of 9 topics. In it, I have sought sound introspection and a journey into the human soul with harmonies and simple melodies of a neoclassical and minimalist character that try to evoke eternal feelings such as the transience of life, love, nature, hope, death...
The piano I used was an upright Essex Steinway. I have searched at all times to find a more special sound that the instrument could offer. I have also included the soft background sound of the pink sound in the recording, noticeable at the beginning of many of the songs, trying to emulate the sound of older recordings more typical of LPs. In addition, I have considered it very important to include an organic and mechanical sound at times, the characteristic breathing of the instrument can in almost all songs I have used the “piano felt” mute. In them, I have sought to print a much more personal character, trying to imagine that the listener could be right next to the piano noticing the sensations that my music produces (in my view), and in a much more direct way, warm and close in every interpretation.
